Your Organization Has Sponsored Your Access

Your organization has agreed to sponsor your use of LeadMeNot for a specified period of time through a unique access code.

As part of that sponsorship, your organization may require you to review and accept a Digital Waiver before receiving access to LeadMeNot.

The Digital Waiver is provided by the sponsoring organization and outlines the terms under which it is making LeadMeNot available to participants.

Why Is a Waiver Required?

Organizations may choose to sponsor LeadMeNot as a resource for their members, students, employees, clients, or participants.

As part of that sponsorship, organizations may require participants to acknowledge certain terms and conditions before receiving access. These requirements are established by the sponsoring organization and may differ from one organization to another.

What Am I Agreeing To?

By accepting a sponsored LeadMeNot access code, you acknowledge that your organization has chosen to provide access to LeadMeNot as a benefit or resource and may require acceptance of a Digital Waiver prior to activation.

The Digital Waiver may include:

• Acknowledgment that LeadMeNot is provided by a third-party software provider
• Acknowledgment that participation in the program is voluntary
• Release or limitation of liability for the sponsoring organization related to your use of LeadMeNot
• Acknowledgment that the sponsoring organization does not control, monitor, or guarantee the performance of the software
• Consent to the collection and processing of information as described in LeadMeNot's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

The specific language and requirements of the Digital Waiver are determined by the sponsoring organization and may vary between organizations.

How Long Does My Access Last?

Sponsored access is active for the period determined by your organization and associated with your access code.

When the sponsorship period ends:

• Your sponsored access may expire
• Your organization may choose to renew or extend access
• You may have the option to continue using LeadMeNot through a personal subscription
