CJ2 Solutions, LLC, doing business as LeadMeNot ("LeadMeNot," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when using the LeadMeNot platform ("Platform"), as defined in our Terms of Use, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, storing, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected:

• Through the LeadMeNot website and Platform.
• Through LeadMeNot mobile and desktop applications.
• Through LeadMeNot browser extensions, including our Chrome/Chromebook extension and Safari Web Extension.
• Through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and LeadMeNot.
• When you interact with LeadMeNot features, services, advertisements, or applications that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected independently by third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by LeadMeNot, even if they may link to or be accessible from our Platform.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you should not use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please review it periodically for changes.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age to create or use an account independently without appropriate involvement or authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 18 in violation of applicable law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner that is not permitted by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

We collect several types of information from and about users of the Platform, which may include:

• Account and Relationship Information: Information associated with your LeadMeNot account, subscription, devices, blocking or monitoring rules, and accountability relationships.
• Activity and Rule-Match Information: Information generated when activity matches blocking or monitoring rules you have configured.
• Technical Information: Information about your device, operating system, browser, application version, IP address, device identifiers, and other technical information necessary to operate and secure the Platform.
• Usage Information: Information about how you interact with LeadMeNot's website, applications, and services.

We collect information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically when you use certain Platform features.
• From devices on which you install and enable LeadMeNot.
• From service providers and other third parties that assist us in operating the Platform.

Platform-Specific Data Collection

Because Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Chrome, and other operating systems provide different technical capabilities and permissions, the information LeadMeNot can access and the features available may vary by platform.

Android

On Android devices, depending on the features enabled and permissions granted, we may collect:

• App usage information, including apps or screens accessed where supported and authorized.
• Website activity associated with LeadMeNot monitoring and blocking rules.
• App and website blocking or monitoring events.
• Device information, including operating system version, device model, and screen resolution.
• Information about installed applications where permitted and necessary for LeadMeNot functionality.
• SMS-related metadata when a supported feature is specifically enabled and appropriate permissions are granted.
• Location information only where a feature requires it and the user grants the applicable permission.
• Information necessary to enforce user-configured rules and provide accountability features.

iOS and iPadOS

On Apple mobile devices, depending on the features enabled and permissions granted, we may collect:

• Device information, including operating system version and device model.
• General information about interactions with the LeadMeNot application.
• Website activity associated with LeadMeNot's VPN-based monitoring or filtering features when those features are enabled.
• Website activity associated with the LeadMeNot Safari Web Extension when installed and enabled.
• Information about supported applications where made available through Apple's Screen Time APIs and authorized by the user.
• App and website blocking or monitoring events generated through LeadMeNot features.
• Information necessary to enforce user-configured rules and provide accountability features.

Due to Apple's platform restrictions, certain functionality available on other platforms may not be available on iOS or iPadOS. LeadMeNot collects information only as permitted by the operating system and based on the features and permissions enabled by the user.

Desktop Applications

LeadMeNot's Windows and macOS applications may collect device information, website or application activity associated with enabled LeadMeNot rules, rule-match events, and other information necessary to provide blocking, monitoring, accountability, security, and device-management functionality.

The specific information available to LeadMeNot depends on the operating system, application version, enabled features, and permissions granted by the user.

Browser Extensions

LeadMeNot browser extensions, including LeadMeNot for Chrome/Chromebook and the Safari Web Extension included with supported Apple applications, check the web address of pages you visit against the blocking and monitoring rules configured in LeadMeNot. This checking occurs on your device.

When a website, search, or other supported activity matches one of your LeadMeNot rules, the extension may collect and transmit information about the matched event to LeadMeNot's servers. This information may include:

• The matched web address, search term, or keyword.
• The LeadMeNot rule that was matched.
• A device identifier.
• The date and time of the event.

Rule-match information may be shared with the accountability partner or partners you have chosen as part of LeadMeNot's accountability functionality.

Search terms are evaluated against your configured rules and are collected by the browser extension only when they match a rule.

Pages, searches, and browsing activity that do not match your LeadMeNot rules are not recorded, stored, or transmitted to LeadMeNot by the browser extension as browsing-activity events.

The browser extensions may also store information locally on your device that is necessary for the extension to operate, including:

• Your sign-in session token.
• Your LeadMeNot rules.
• A randomly generated device identifier.

LeadMeNot's browser extensions do not use browsing activity for advertising and do not sell browsing activity or other personal information.

Information You Provide to Us

Information you provide directly to LeadMeNot may include:

• Information provided when creating or managing an account.
• Information provided when purchasing or managing a subscription.
• Information you provide when creating blocking or monitoring rules.
• Information related to accountability partners you choose to connect with.
• Images or other content you voluntarily upload for supported intervention or accountability features.
• Records and copies of correspondence when you contact us.
• Responses to surveys or feedback requests.
• Information provided when requesting customer support or other services.

Automatic Data Collection Technologies

When you use our website or Platform, we may automatically collect technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve LeadMeNot.

Depending on the service being used, this may include:

• IP address.
• Device and operating system information.
• Browser type.
• Application version.
• Device identifiers.
• Log and diagnostic information.
• Information about interactions with LeadMeNot's website or applications.

We use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising on the LeadMeNot website to help us understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve and market our products and services.

These services may use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to collect website usage information, including behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay.

These website analytics and advertising practices apply to interactions with the LeadMeNot website. Browsing activity collected through LeadMeNot applications and browser extensions for blocking, monitoring, and accountability purposes is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect or that you provide:

• To provide and operate the LeadMeNot Platform.
• To create, maintain, and secure your account.
• To provide blocking, monitoring, digital wellness, and accountability functionality.
• To evaluate activity against rules you configure.
• To notify your designated accountability partner or partners of applicable activity or requests.
• To provide information, products, services, or customer support you request.
• To process and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or the Platform.
• To notify you about changes to LeadMeNot or our policies.
• To troubleshoot problems and improve the reliability and functionality of the Platform.
• To protect LeadMeNot, our users, and others against fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
• To enforce our Terms of Use, Subscription Agreement, and other agreements.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.
• For another purpose disclosed to you when you provide the information.
• With your consent.

We may also contact you regarding LeadMeNot products, services, features, or offers, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

We do not use browsing activity collected through LeadMeNot's applications or browser extensions for third-party advertising.

How We Store Your Information

Information collected through LeadMeNot applications and browser extensions is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, including the AWS US East region.

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption to protect information transmitted between supported LeadMeNot applications, browser extensions, devices, and our servers.

Images voluntarily uploaded for supported intervention features are stored using AWS infrastructure.

Certain information necessary for LeadMeNot to function may also be stored locally on your device. Depending on the Platform, this may include your sign-in session token, cached LeadMeNot rules, and a randomly generated device identifier.

Locally stored session information is removed or invalidated as appropriate when you sign out.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

LeadMeNot rule-match and activity events are retained for up to one year.

When you delete your LeadMeNot account, deletion of your personal information from our active systems is initiated immediately, except where information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or regulatory purposes.

Following account deletion, some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or logs until those systems are overwritten or expire in accordance with our normal retention processes. Information may also be retained where required by law.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose information collected through LeadMeNot only as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide requested functionality, comply with legal obligations, or protect LeadMeNot and its users.

Recipients may include:

• Your Accountability Partner(s): People you designate as accountability partners may receive information related to monitored activity, including matched websites or keywords, accountability notifications, and requests you make to change certain protection settings.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Provides hosting and data-storage infrastructure used to operate LeadMeNot.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: Used to deliver push notifications to supported devices.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: May process subscription payments made through their respective platforms. LeadMeNot does not receive your complete payment-card information for transactions processed by those platforms.
• Service Providers and Contractors: We may provide information to vendors and contractors who perform services on our behalf and are permitted to use the information only as necessary to provide those services.
• Corporate Transactions: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
• Legal and Safety Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of LeadMeNot, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data collected through LeadMeNot applications and browser extensions, including browsing activity associated with blocking, monitoring, and accountability functionality, is never shared with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.

Accountability Partners

Accountability is a core function of LeadMeNot.

If you choose to designate another person as your accountability partner, you authorize LeadMeNot to provide that person with information necessary to provide the accountability functionality you have enabled.

Depending on your settings and the Platform features being used, this may include:

• Notifications about activity that matches your configured rules.
• Matched websites, search terms, or keywords.
• Information about attempts to modify applicable protection settings.
• Requests for approval or assistance.
• Other accountability-related information that is clearly presented as part of the feature you enable.

You are responsible for choosing the individuals you designate as accountability partners.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Apple through the App Store and Google through Google Play.

When a payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider may collect payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms. LeadMeNot generally does not receive complete credit or debit card information for purchases processed through these platforms.

We may receive transaction information necessary to determine your subscription status, such as the product purchased, subscription status, transaction identifier, purchase date, renewal status, or similar information.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide you with certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include:

• Access: Requesting access to certain personal information we maintain about you.
• Correction: Requesting correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: Requesting deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

Information transmitted between supported LeadMeNot services and our servers is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using appropriate security measures on devices where LeadMeNot is installed.

Third-Party Services

LeadMeNot may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services.

Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and data practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected independently by third parties.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you use.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Platform, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will update the "Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we may also provide notice through the Platform, website, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of LeadMeNot following an update is subject to the then-current Privacy Policy.
